Terms and Conditions for Delegate Registration

TIE Global Summit 2024 (TGS 2024) ("us", "we", "TGS", or "our") operates at https://www.tgs2024.org/.

  1. As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a first come first serve basis only.
  2. The Conference Program is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers.
  3. No Credit Facility will be extended under any circumstances and NO REFUND / ADJUSTMENT for "NO SHOW" or "Absence" of a delegate will be accommodated.
  4. A "Delegate Confirmation Letter" will be issued only after receipt and realization of appropriate fees, including applicable taxes along with the relevant details on the registration form.
  5. Delegate Badges/logins issued are "non-transferable". The organizers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring their badge/login to any other Person.
  6. Registrations will be online. All Delegates, Exhibitors, or any other category registrations, are requested to have their digital device ready with a good internet connection (minimum speed of 5MBPS) for a smooth experience of the event.
  7. By registering for the event, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your access link, code, or login details.
  8. Participants should not record or broadcast images, audio, or videos of the event without written consent from the organizers.
  9. We reserve the right to deny or remove you from the event if your participation or behavior creates a disruption or violates any policy.
  10. No refunds will be issued for denied or cancelled participation due to violations of policies.
  11. Unlawful activity will be reported to authorities, and violators will be banned from future events.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Delegate Registration

TGS 2024 SECRETARIAT ("US", "WE", "TGS", or "OUR") operates https://www.tgs2024.org/.

Refunds against cancellations will be provided as per the below conditions:

  1. For Cancellation requests received by the event secretariat on email On or Before 15th August 2024, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  2. For Cancellation requests received by the event secretariat on email On or Before 15th September 2024, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  3. Cancellation requests received after 16th September 2024 will not be entitled to any refund.
  4. Registration transfer / substitution requests received by the event secretariat on email on or before 15th August 2024 only will be taken into consideration.
  5. Registration transfer / substitution requests received by the event secretariat after 16th August 2024 will not be taken into consideration.
  6. Requests for registration transfer/substitution must emailed to enquiry@tgs2024.org.
  7. Any kind of participation will not be refunded if user is not able to attend event due to any reasons.

Partnership / Exhibition Terms And Conditions & Partnership / Exhibition Cancellation And Refund Policy

TIE GLOBAL SUMMIT 2024 will, here in after be referred to as TGS 2024 and Participant, or in the alternative, party or parties, who book(s) Partnership / space in "TGS 2024", will hereinafter be referred to as Partner / Exhibitor(s).

  1. TGS 2024 Secretariat will allot exhibition space/stalls to exhibitor(s) on a first come first served basis;
  2. TGS 2024 Secretariat will allot space/stalls to Exhibitor(s) only on receipt of confirmation of space/stall booking in writing along with the 50% Advance payment by Bank Transfer (NEFT or RTGS) by the duly filled Application form;
  3. The balance payment of space/stall charges shall be made full payment 1 month before the event date December 9th, 2024. In event of default of payment as aforesaid, TGS 2024 reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the advance paid will stand forfeited;
  4. All Bank transfer to be made in favour of "MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications Pvt. Ltd."
  5. TGS 2024 reserves its right to change the floor plan and the location of the Exhibitor(s) space/stall. Exhibitor(s) will be stationed as per his/her original booking or equivalent there of;
  6. TGS 2024 will make appropriate security arrangements. However, TGS 2024 shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to Exhibitor's equipment, display materials, samples, etc. due to any reason whatsoever;
  7. TGS 2024 reserves the right to repossess or reallot space/stall which is not occupied prior to and at the time of inauguration;
  8. The schedule of the space/stall possession shall be given to the exhibitor at the time of confirmation and the same is also mentioned in the Exhibitor Manual. Exhibitor(s) shall strictly adhere to it;
  9. Exhibitor(s) shall not assign this contract or a part thereof without prior written consent from TGS 2024 secretariat;
  10. Exhibitor(s) will care for the flooring, walls and all other structures during the space/stall decoration and also while bringing and removing materials. On these matters follow such instructions as TGS 2024 provides from time to time. This is the essence of the contract;
  11. Exhibitor(s) shall ensure that no hazardous or inflammable materials are kept in the space/stall and shall also ensure to adopt adequate safety measures in this regard;
  12. Exhibitor(s) shall make good to TGS 2024 all Costs damages and expenses resulting from fire or any damages caused to the structure, etc, due to Exhibitor's negligence;
  13. Exhibitor(s) shall ensure that all demonstrations, interviews, advertising, promotion and other sales and marketing activities are conducted within the space/stall. Aisle space must always be kept clear for the visitors;
  14. Audio Visual displays may be conducted within the space/stall at low volumes;
  15. TGS 2024 does not accept any responsibility for any misquotations, omissions or other errors that may occur in the compilation of any publication related to the exhibition;
  16. In the event of the cancellations of space/stall booking, advance payments made towards the same will be forfeited;
  17. Reduction in booked space/stall area will also be treated as cancellations of entire space/stall area booked, and advance payment made towards the same will be forfeited;
  18. Exhibitor(s) must ensure that the interior decoration of the space/stall is completed before the inauguration as per the time indicated in the schedule which will be given to the Exhibitor upon confirmation of Participation;
  19. Exhibitor(s) should take approval from the organizers for their stall designs before constructing their stalls:
  20. Exhibitor(s) shall ensure that the space/stall is vacated as per the time indicated in the schedule, which will be given to the Exhibitor upon confirmation of participation. TGS 2024 will not in any way be responsible and /or liable for the general security after the close of the Exhibition on the last day;
  21. Every Exhibitor(s) shall ensure that his space is open to view and is staffed by competent representatives during Exhibition hours;
  22. Organizers will not be responsible for the provision of stabilized power at TGS 2024;
  23. The organizers reserve the right to cancel and or change the booth number/location at any time not withstanding any previous allotment made.
  24. If the Exhibitor(s) commits any breach of this contract and fails to remedy it promptly on receiving written notice from TGS 2024 then TGS 2024 may, by a written notice, terminate this contract. Upon termination under this clause or otherwise, Exhibitor will forth with vacate possession of the same. Exercise of rights under this clause will prejudice any rights or remedies of TGS 2024;
  25. The foregoing terms and conditions shall prevail notwithstanding any variations contained in the terms and conditions or other documents, submitted by the Exhibitor(s);
  26. TGS 2024 will not be liable for any delays or failure in the performance of any of its obligations under, or arising out of the contract if the delay or the failure results from any of the following: Force majeure, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, explosion, accidents, riots, strikes, lockouts, bandh, Closures, war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, embargoes of any stale of emergency, or any other Govt. Act, law, statute ordinance whatsoever which renders it impossible or impractical for TGS 2024 and Exhibitor(s) to perform and all previous negotiation, commitments, and agreements between parties pertaining to this transaction stands cancelled;
  27. The parties agree that competent courts at Karnataka, India only shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of this contract.

Amendments to this policy shall be duly intimated via email or prominently on our platforms.

TiE uses Zoho One as a backend platform. Access levels for the same are strictly managed:

  • Application Owner: Synprosoft – Zoho Premium Partner
  • Super Admins: Specific personnel with elevated rights
  • Chapter Admins: Limited to their chapter's data

Access to specific data fields is also regimented, ensuring maximum data security.
